Split and join files in Ubuntu with lxsplit

The file used is this example is a 75 MB. Mkv.
I Will use for splitting and joining the lxsplit. Mkv file. So, i need to install lxsplit:

Access Give the new folder and make the command:
lxsplit-0.2.4 cd /
make
Next, make install command. This is the result:
Ducu mylaptop @: ~ / $ sudo make install temp/lxsplit-0.2.4
lxsplit cp / usr / local / bin
This is my 75MB. Mkv file:
Ducu mylaptop @: ~ / $ ls-ALH movies/Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264-SZ/Sample
total 75M

I Will split the 75 MB file in chunks of 20 MB.
Ducu mylaptop @: ~ / $ movies/Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264-SZ/Sample lxsplit, and SZ-SAMPLE.mkv Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264, 20M
Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264-SZ-SAMPLE.mkv splitting into four pieces.
SZ-SAMPLE.mkv.001 Inside.Man ... 20,971,520 bytes
SZ-SAMPLE.mkv.002 Inside.Man ... 20,971,520 bytes
SZ-SAMPLE.mkv.003 Inside.Man ... 20,971,520 bytes
SZ-SAMPLE.mkv.004 Inside.Man ... 14,767,172 bytes
Done!
Now I Will join the four files resulted:
Ducu mylaptop @: ~ / $ movies/Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264-SZ/Sample lxsplit-j-SZ-SAMPLE.mkv Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264 .001
Creating merged file `Inside.Man.2006.1080p.HDDVD.x264-SZ-SAMPLE.mkv '.
Full size: 77681732 in 4 files.
Processing file `SZ-SAMPLE.mkv.001 Inside.Man ... '...

I got the Following error while i tried 'make' on the lxsplit-0.2.4 folder.
I have the structure as ~ / download/lxsplit-0.2.4.
help requested.

@ Raj: Please specify the error you get.
lxsplit is in the ubuntu repositories - you CAN install with synaptic or apt.
Does not work if you just split the files. Sure, you get two files of size Unspecified - but if you view # 1 - Will it still show the full length and the second one will be soundless and garbled video.
